I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Associate Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with Advanced Alcohol and Drug Certification. I enjoy working with individuals, families, couples, and groups from diverse populations. I use a variety of mindfulness technique to ensure that clients remain in the moment as they process through traumatic events, stressful live events, and difficulties in their lives. My goal is to enable clients to manage life in constructive manner and maintain a level of functionality. I also helps clients discover their capabilities by exploring with them their strengths and purposes. Given the opportunity, I will help clients work through the challenging times in their lives as well as explore great opportunities for growth and development throughout their process.
