Patricia Tabb, LAC

I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life.  I am passionate about being an agent of change in the lives of families, adults, and children.  It is my goal to help others see the strength and power that lies inside of them to evoke transformation.

My focus is on individuals who have decided to seek guidance because they are struggling with problems such as anxiety, depression, grief, situational crises, trauma, career concerns, behavioral and relational issues.  With trust being the foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship, I show my clients that I care and respect what they are going through by working hard and giving 100% effort to the counseling process.  Counseling is an active process, one that requires work and input from the client and counselor.

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems theoretical perspective, and use techniques to match the clients’ attributes, resources, and situation.  Although everyone’s experience is unique, it is important for them to know they can still achieve goals in life.
